Pay rate: £10.74 p/h

Logistics People are currently recruiting Gatehouse Administrators to join our Team in Dagenham, Based at our Stobart site.

***What does working as a Gatehouse Administrator for Logistics People involve?**:

- **Inbound -**Check that correct reference numbers are quoted, logging all details on the schedule and WMS, allocate vehicles to bays following key control, ensure vehicles are safe to unload, report non-conformities, check that stock is uploadedto the WMS system and correctly located in a timely manner
- **Order Processing -**Monitor orders generated across the channels, allocate staff to replenishing stock picking and processing orders and assist in the checking of orders
- **Despatch -**Check that collecting drivers quote the correct reference numbers, logging all details on the schedule, allocate vehicles to bays following key control.Deploy staff to load vehicles according to the parameters set by end customersin a timely manner.Ensure photographic proof of quality and format obtained where needed
- **Other -**Ensure that Health and safety as well as general hygiene standards are maintained.Check that documentation is completed accurately and in a timely fashion.Assist in investigations into procedural failings. Ensure swift turnaroundof vehicles and raising any concerns around drivers being on site for extended period
