**Reports to**:Business Skills Manager

**Responsible for**:
As an Business Skills Trainer / Assessor, you will have responsibility for leading, developing and expanding our accredited vocational programmes in Business Administration and Digital Industries, whilst guiding and mentoring learners throughout their qualification journey.

**Role of the Business Skills Trainer / Asessor**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Business Skills Assessor / Mentor, who is passionate about the delivery of quality, experiential learning practices for individuals attracted to a career with the Business Skills. The includes
- Collaborate and connect with young people, external partners and stakeholders to ensure relationships are at the heart of everyday practice
- Deliver experiential learning sessions to varied group of learners, both face to face and remote
- Monitor, review, inspire and support learners undertaking school programmes, vocational apprenticeship programmes and industry coaching
- Show a commitment to ensuring professional development remains relevant and up to date through accessing current research
- To ensure full compliance with GDPR and other mandatory regulations
- Ensure the emotional wellbeing of young people is at the heart of everyday practice

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Driving license and own car is essential
- A strong desire to support young people into the world of work
- Be willing to work towards L&D9DI (or higher) or equivalent
- Experience of working within a business environement and / or experience of coaching and mentoring junior members of a team

**Desirable Skills and Experience**
- L&D9DI (or higher) or equivalent
- Verifying Qualification (L&D11)

- Salary Banding - £21,000 to £30,000 per annum

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
