Our Talent & Development team play a key role in ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients, especially as technology advances. We are now looking for a highly motivated and skilled Systems Trainer to join the team and contribute to the growth and development of our firm. This is a key role in our Talent & Development team, working with colleagues across our firm and across our offices, with the opportunity to make a significant impact in a leading law firm with ambitious growth plans. The scope of this role will include:

- Designing and delivering IT learning solutions to colleagues across the firm
- Providing a first-class training experience to colleagues both in person and online
- Travelling to offices across the firm to deliver in person training sessions as required.

**System Training**:

- Plan, design, coordinate and deliver training programs for core systems including Microsoft 365
- Conduct regular training sessions to onboard new colleagues and keep existing colleagues updated on system enhancements and best practices
- Ensure colleagues are proficient in utilising these systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Competency Framework**:

- Assist with implementation of competency and assessment framework, working with other members of the Talent and Development team, Operational Business Managers and Departmental Trainers
- Design and deliver training modules to embed competency framework
- Monitor and evaluate colleagues’ progress, providing additional support and resources as needed.

**Resources**:

- Create training manuals, documentation, and user guides for our core systems and competency framework
- Assist with designing online training content for our LMS.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify specific training needs and tailor training programs and resources accordingly
- Work closely with IT, Operational Business Managers and Departmental Systems Trainers to stay informed about system updates and advances in technology.

**What we’re looking for**

We’re looking for someone with the following skills, experience and qualities:

- A minimum of three years experience in identifying training needs, designing, and delivering engaging training programmes for a range of IT systems and processes
- Excellent presentation and delivery skills
- An appreciation of different training delivery styles and the ability to adapt content delivery to suit different audiences
- Comfortable presenting to a wide variety of audiences across a variety of mediums
- Experience of assisting with the implementation and roll out of new systems
- Experience with using an eLearning platform and creating eLearning modules is desirable, but not essential
- Experience in delivering HR systems is desirable, but not essential
- Friendly and approachable
- Organised, with an eye for detail
- Flexible, adaptable and responsive to changing business requirements

**Hours**
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (35 hours per week)
