The role of trainee workplace trainer/assessor forms an integral part of our growing team.

Operational experience of the Water, Gas or Drainage Sector is essential.

Trainee workplace trainer/assessors will be expected to meet the following requirements during and upon completion of their development programme
- Meet all requirements as set out within McCrae Training Ltd Code of Practice
- Organise, plan, and deliver Qualification programmes, procedural and technical skills training and assessments
- Assist with regular reviews of all training course materials (minimum annually) to ensure they meet all requirements, standards and legislation
- Process and return completed course paperwork to a consistent and high-quality standard meeting all Company procedures and performance targets
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with client, company and awarding body standards and specifications
- Work against and comply with McCrae Training Ltd Quality Management Systems
- Attend training & development as and when required by the business
- Maintain CPD record (Minimum 6 Monthly Updates)
- Attend internal/external meetings as and when required by the business
- Assist with meeting and exceeding company performance targets inclusive of securing new business
- Achieve and exceed individual performance targets
- Maintain H&S standards within the External Assessment Centre, Storage Containers and Training Rooms
- Assist with H&S reviews and compiling reports

The role holder would be job shadowing experienced trainers/assessors until they have successfully completed their training and development programme.

Due to the nature of this role a full UK driving license is essential and extensive travel may be required.
