The FP&A Analyst will be a key member of a busy PLC Group Finance team and will be supporting the production and maintenance of group reporting to our finance stakeholders (Board, RMB, Divisions) as well as providing analytical support during month end andthe budget and forecasting cycle.

Our client is FTSE listed business based in Bath and they are currently recruiting for an FP&A Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
**Description**
The role of the FP&A analyst includes:
- Support in preparing and maintaining suite of reports using the Group consolidation system. Working with the wider finance team to ensure these continue to meet their requirements. Specifically supporting the switch as we move from old consolidation system(BPC 10.2) to new consolidation system (OneStream XF)
- To take an active role in soliciting and understanding user/stakeholder reporting requirements and building them into useable reports to generate insight for action
- Support in the month end process, creating reporting and output for the CFO reports to the Board and other adhoc analysis as required.
- Responsibility for ensuring month end / forecast reports are appropriately shared with our stakeholders on a timely basis
- Providing assistance in forecasting (QPR's) and Annual budgeting process as required.
- Own the production of the weekly sales report, maintaining the consolidation accuracy, spotting and resolving any data issues, and emerging trends
- Maintaining process notes to ensure we can provide cover for key activities
- Maintenance and management of Sharepoint Reporting Hub
- Support in preparation for the transition to a new consolidation and reporting system, including
- maintaining lists of current issues to be resolved and built into user requirements
- create and maintain a catalogue of business-critical reports
