**About Women's Best**
Women’s Best was founded in 2015, and has grown to be loved by 4m+ female fans and customers across 150 countries, who use their high quality sports nutrition and apparel.
Women's Best sell across a number of sales channels, both 1st and 3rd party eCommerce, retail, wholesale and marketplaces globally, with the UK, USA & EU being key markets for them to grow awareness and market share.
Today, the business is run exclusively from Innsbruck, Austria where the co-founders lead a team of 100+ people. Finding the volume of experienced talent they need to continue their growth has been difficult therefore they recently opened a London HQ whichwill house the majority of the commercial and demand creation functions going forwards, leaving the Innsbruck HQ to manage the majority of the back office administration.
In parallel, Women's Best are creating a new operational board to work closely with our Co-Founders allowing them to move away from day-to-day trading activity to focus more on the business’ 3-5 year plan, where we believe revenues of €500m are achievable.
**About the role**
Reporting to our Co-Founder and Co-CEO, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and brokers in the USA.
As a National account manager, you should be organised and able to analyze performance metrics. We also expect you to have good negotiation skills and the ability to foster great relationships with customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute winning sales plans to exceed targets with brokers / customers, manage the P&L per account including all relevant costs such as COG’s, Distribution costs and marketing spends.
- Understand customers need and wants to work collaboratively.
- Develop winning annual account business trade plans
- Establish excellent relationship with key accounts and customers to keep up with customer needs and assist in substantially growing the business
- Serve as the main contact person for customers and internal teams
- Research and source potential customers for future growth
- Ensure adherence to all relevant brand guidelines
- Track, measure and evaluate sales metrics and trends
- Track, measure and evaluate customer satisfaction metrics and trends
- Suggest innovative ways of increasing customer satisfaction
- Generate tools and ideas for improving national account customers' experience selling our product and services
- Collaborate internally with Brand and Marketing functions
- Keep abreast of industry and market trend and best practices
- Monitoring stock levels and demand in cooperation with our wholesale operations team. Managing the supply chain with accurate forecasting.
**About You**:
- 5 years’ NAM experience in with national / general / grocery retailers / wholesalers - Preferably experience in the USA market.
- A proven record of delivering outstanding business results and exceeding targets.
- Excellent knowledge and experience managing and improving efficiency of sales forecasts and trade spending
- Communication skills: You will be responsible for communicating with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders at Women’s Best. You are also responsible for creating presentations and other written materials. Strong communication skills will help youconvey your ideas clearly and concisely.
- Technical & Market knowledge**: Technical knowledge in supplements will help you to better communicate with clients and prospects. It can also help you to better understand the products and services we offer today and an opportunity to builda product range of the future.
