**Patient Coordinator/Administrator - Bristol (outskirts)**
**£25,000 per annum on-site parking**

A unique opportunity to join a newly opened private hospital. As the Patient Coordinator and Administrator, you will be passionate about delivering outstanding 5-star patient care whilst providing full administrative support to the senior management team.

This ultra-modern concept focuses on world-class surgical care tailored to each patient as well as providing state of the art facilities for prominent surgeons and clinicians to operate in Bristol.

**Some of the Key duties**:

- Ensuring all clinics and theatres are fully booked highlighting any gaps or cancellations to the Admin Lead
- Maintain excellent patient records ensuring confidentiality in line with GDPR
- Taking payments
- Assist with administrative stock ordering.
- Provide full front of house services including scheduling appointments and receiving site visitors
- Arrange onward referrals to other health care providers
- Liaise with external departments and Trusts to ensure continuity of patient care
- Ensure adherence to all relevant policies
- Effectively manage own time, workload, and resources

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a similar role in a surgical setting
- High level patient coordination and administration skills
- Ability to multitask across all levels whilst remaining calm
- Flexibility - this is a new business and will require an adaptable approach
- Excellent communication skills at all levels - both internal and external
- Working knowledge of clinical and patient management systems

This is a role that will require a flexible approach as the business grows and the team expands. A great opportunity to join at the early stages of the business. There will be support and relevant training, but the successful applicant will need to be a self-starter able to work autonomously as well as in collaboration with other key members of the team.
