NonStop's client, an **'Outstanding' local authority** in the South East of England is looking to appoint an **Assistant Team Manager** to join their **Adults' Health and Care team**based at the **Hospital**. Build your career in social work with a friendly and supportive team of social/health care professionals that aims to help people to live long, healthy and happy lives, with the maximum possible independencewhile being well compensated for the work you do with a **pay rate of £35 - 43/hr.**

This role is innovative and forward thinking while allowing you the opportunity to grow and learn within a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment working closely with colleagues in Health, Social Care, providers and the voluntary sector to ensure a safeand sustainable discharge plan.

**The Role**: As an Assistant Team Manager, you'll enjoy the benefits of engaging with people in a face-to-face environment. Working alongside other professionals in a supportive space, you'll have lots of opportunities to collaborate and sharelearning with peers, whilst building positive relationships with older adults through your reviews in the community. You'll also provide support, advice and direction to Senior Case Workers on complex cases.

**Requirements**: We're looking for qualified social workers registered with Social Work England (SWE) who are able to travel around Hampshire. You must have previous experience in adult services and experience with a strengths-based approachto practice and in management is desirable.
