**Activities Co-ordinator based at Berwick Grange, Harrogate** **Available Hours**: **Permanent - Part Time - 30 hours per week.** Looking to use your skills to benefit older people in a homely environment? We are currently recruiting for an Activities Co-ordinator to join our team and to work within the Home to provide activity opportunities for our residents. In conjunction with the senior team, you will be responsible for planning and running a programme of activities for the residents linked to assessed social needs identified in care plans. You will also be responsible for maintaining and promoting activities that older people enjoy and find stimulating. Your ability to design and facilitate group activities is essential. For more information about the role **please review the Job Description attached** At Berwick Grange care home in Harrogate, we provide residential dementia and nursing dementia care for our 52 residents, in purpose-built, en suite accommodation. Our calm and welcoming space is designed for people living with dementia. It's safe, reassuring and as easy to navigate as possible, enabling us to provide personalised care in a warm, supportive and friendly environment.
