**Breakfast Waiter / Waitress (with Barista Skills)**:

At **Harington’s Boutique Hotel**, we’re looking for an experienced waiter/waitress with **barista-standard coffee skills** to join our team for breakfast service. You’ll be welcoming guests, preparing and serving breakfast, and making professional coffee drinks using a commercial coffee machine.

**The role**:

- Breakfast service only: 7.30am - 1.30pm shifts
- Preparing and serving coffee to barista standard
- Looking after guests with warmth and professionalism
- Assisting with setting up, service, and clean-down of the breakfast rooms and public areas

**What we’re looking for**:

- Must have experience in a **commercial coffee shop, restaurant, or hotel**:

- Confidence in using a barista-standard coffee machine
- Bonus if you have barista certification or bartending skills (not essential)
- Excellent customer service and a positive team spirit
- Must be available to work alternate weekends
- **Immediate start required**
