As the Training Officer your time will be predominantly spent with the team delivering training. However, you will be a key member of the HR team and integral to the smooth running of a variety of work-based training.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Design & delivery of the company induction, on-going training, departmental inductions and in-house development programmes
- Outsource external training and process certificates from external training providers
- Co-ordinate community outreach (e.g. work experience, apprenticeships)
- Provide evaluations and accurate audits of training, including compliance levels & updating personnel files accordingly
- Update training and events calendar with the support of the HR administrator
- Manage training budgets and training venue bookings
- Service - Working in collaboration with managers across the company and the HR lead to provide support & guidance to our internal customers through high quality training
- Teamwork - Work well with team members across the resort to ensure a receptive learning environment
- Attitude - Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude at all times even during challenging situations
- Respect - To understand that every member of our team is an individual and valuing every team member's strengths to build a multi-skilled and compliant team
- Safe and Sustainable - To ensure that the whole team has been trained on and is confident of safe working practices in accordance with Health, Safety, Hygiene, Fire and other regulations.

**Job Requirements**:

- PTTLS or AET Level 3 qualification is essential or a willingness to work towards
- Food Hygiene Level 3 or above is desirable
- Health and Safety Level 3 or above is desirable
- Good presentation & communication skills are essential
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential

**Hours and Rate of pay**:
This is a permanent role working 19.5 hours over 3 days, 8am-3pm Tuesday - Thursday but flexibility over all weekdays. £10.50p/h
