Contract Details 3 Fixed Term Contracts up to 12 months – 2 positions at Plymouth Combined Court and 1 position at Torquay County Court. Role Responsibilities Prepare papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings. Create and update records on our in‑house computer system and perform data input. Record court results accurately, interpreting information required on a court file. Check and verify documents, records, accounts, claims and returns for approval, results, statistics, plans etc. against criteria, regulations or procedures. Collect and assemble information for returns, results, accounts, statements, warrants, statistical analysis, reports etc. Communicate with the public, the judiciary, other court and tribunal users and representatives of other agencies and organisations. Skills and Experience Friendly and approachable manner. Excellent attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills. Desire to deliver proactive and effective support to customers by phone and email. Skilled in organising time, prioritising efficiently, able to multi‑task and adapt to using various software packages. Enjoy working in a busy environment and helping court users navigate the justice system. Selection and Application Lead criterion: Statement of Suitability.
