Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our team and help us promote our brand and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Content Creation**: Create engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and update our social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and regular engagement with our audience.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our care homes and services
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential marketing opportunities to enhance our strategies.
- **Graphic Design Assistance**: Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content.
- **Website Management**: Help maintain and update the company website, ensuring all content is current and accurately reflects our services.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and website traffic.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- **Marketing Knowledge**: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- **Social Media Savvy**: Strong knowledge of social media platforms and experience in managing business accounts.
- **Creativity**: A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and content.
- **Organisation**: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams across the organization.
- **Tech Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and familiarity with content management systems (CMS).

Pay: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
