Role: Contract Analyst / Administrator
Location: Ratcliffe Power Station
Duration: 2 Year Contract
Job Purpose
This role will provide administrative and analytical support to the Boiler Team as an integrated member of the Governance and Station Office.
Main Responsibilities
*Analysis of Contractor Costs and checking calculations for example labour hours, consumables and equipment purchases.
*Raising and maintaining purchase orders in SAP.
*Liaising with Contractors.
*Work with Team Leaders to understand their contract commitments to enable planning, supported by relevant reporting and analysis.
*Work with the Procurement Team to ensure contract processes are followed correctly in line with the Contractor Safety Management Process.
*Maintain complete and accurate records for costing purposes and visibility to audit.
*Producing certificates of payment.
*Approve contractor invoices following engineering review.
*Supporting engineers with Contract and team meetings.
Essential
*Experience in an analytical role.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills including report writing.
*Attention to detail and accuracy.
*Computer literate with a good competence of standard software including Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams.
*Experience of working with SAP R/3 system an advantage.
*Determination and commitment to achieve excellent results.
*Willingness to learn.
*Must be a good team player with an ability to adapt to changing priorities
*Able to liaise with internal departments and business units to support other business operations.
*High standard of written and spoken English and numeracy skills.
*Good interpersonal skills / telephone manner and a flexible approach.
*Customer support experience.
