We are searching for **Employee Relations Manager** to support, directly manage and develop, the HR shared Service function, ensuring professional delivery in a timely and effective manner and contribute to the long-term development of the business**

As an **Employee Relations Manager** you will be responsible for:
- Line managing the ER team to ensure compliance with SLAs, policies and procedures, Churchill’s HR approach
- Coaching, training and mentoring ER Advisors, Assistants and Administrators in their work relating to disciplinary, grievances and other statutory and internal procedures
- Managing complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, change and redundancy.
- Undertaking and supporting Account Managers in relation to redundancy and TUPE activity across the business
- Providing advice on all Employee ER issues/policies to employees, including legislation, policies, and processes.
- Provide support to the Head of HR
- Regularly attend OD/Stakeholder meetings
- Succession planning
As an **Employee Relations Manager** you will have the following expertise and attributes:
- Proven line management experience within an HR/ER team
- Appropriate level of generalist HR experience gained within a fast-moving environment
- Sound legislative knowledge
- Sound working knowledge of operational issues within the business
- Ability to respond under pressure to fluctuating circumstances
- An excellent understanding of HR policies and procedures and employment legislation
- An excellent understanding of TUPE in & out policies and procedures
- Has a good understanding of Pension (ABS) policies and procedures
- Has an excellent understanding working within a fast paced, high turnover low margin organisation
