We currently have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic HR team as UK HR Manager.

**Key responsibilities**
- Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinary, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy dismissals.
- Ensure people managers have the skills and tools to manage their people by training and coaching enabling them to manage with support rather than HR managing.
- First line resolution of HR related queries from managers and team members and escalation of serious issues to the Senior HR Manager ensuring all advice is in line with company policy and current legislation.
- Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge and share best practice with them
- Providing updates and reports for senior management, including interpreting data and giving insights and providing information for senior decision-makers.
- Develop and monitor key metrics (recruitment, attendance, training, turnover/retention etc.) and report appropriately to the team and business.
- Develop HR policy and procedures to drive performance and engagement levels
- Support and facilitate the recruitment and selection processes
- Carry out new starter inductions
- Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary
