GXO is on the lookout for a Warehouse Team Leader for our M&S site in Milton Keynes and that could be you As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be assisting the operational shift leadership in leading and managing the shift and helping your team meet targetsand exceed expectations.

The role is on a permanent, full-time basis, you will be working 14:00 to 22:00 on a five-day shift pattern.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £27,893 per annum plus £3,292 PM shift allowance. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday pay (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts,as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Brief your team of all relevant information to ensure that accuracy in team briefs
- Support the team manager in providing solutions to team issues
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to the team on shift, escalating any issues as and when appropriate
- Report any and all damage (property/product/MHE) to shift manager

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience in a similar team leader or senior ops role, ideally in a food environment
- Strong understanding and knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and KPI management
- Excellent knowledge of maintaining spreadsheets
- Flexible approach to work - this role is shift-based across a 24/7 operation
