You will have the opportunity to balance the operational aspects of the role while creating a social and fun atmosphere to create a community where students want to live and work. You will be the first point of contact for resident and perspective resident enquiries, providing exceptional support and service, you will be part of an accommodation team ensuring that the property is run smoothly, and the residence are supported.
**As Resident Advisor, you will**;
- Organise events and open days for prospective and current residents
- Cover the main reception during office hours, including sorting mail
- Be the face of Fresh for residence, liaising with them on a regular basis
- Undertake viewings with potential residents, providing them with the up-to-date information relevant to their query.
- Ensure that the reception and management suite is clean and tidy and adheres to Health & Safety requirements
- Receiving and processing payments, monitoring and chasing rent arrears
- Filing and maintaining customer data, ensuring the database is up to date
- Liaising with maintenance and accommodation team to ensure any issues are logged and resolved promptly
