The site's audience of over 6 million monthly users is drawn in by a combination of news, editorial, club listings and ticketing, RA-branded events at venues and festivals worldwide, original films, and a weekly mix series that has run for 18 years.

Key responsibilities:

- Strategic Financial Advisory: Provide high-level guidance on financial strategy, business scalability, and long-term financial sustainability.
- Financial Operations Optimisation: Assess current finance operations, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and financial clarity.
- International Finance & Tax Compliance: Advise on financial compliance and structuring in key international markets (UK, EU, USA, Australia, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil).
- Scenario Planning & Risk Management: Develop financial models to support growth strategies and manage risks.
- Capital Structuring: Lead capital structure planning, including potential financing, equity raises, or reinvestment strategies.
- Capital Planning & Cost Efficiency: Guide leadership on cash flow optimisation, capital allocation, and margin improvements.

We’re looking for:

- Experience as a CFO or Finance Director in a scaling SME, ideally within marketplaces, SaaS, or technology businesses.
- Strong track record in financial advisory, with expertise in financial planning, operational finance strategy, and international structuring.
- Ability to provide high-level strategic insights without direct execution responsibility.
- Deep understanding of multi-currency, cross-border finance, and tax implications.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex financial insights into actionable business decisions.
