**Operations & Finance Administrator** - Taunton, Somerset
£20,000 - £25,000 annual salary

This award-winning mortgage advisory and financial services firm is seeking an Operations & Finance Administrator to assist with the smooth running of the office and monitoring and maintaining all group accounts.
When you first walk into their modern and luxurious offices, you will be see a bright and welcoming reception area with floor to ceiling meeting pods for a more open, client focused feel. Upstairs you will find the offices, all open plan with lots of naturallight and space to collaborate with other departments. - On a daily basis you will help manage all operational sides of the business, the office building and the fixtures, fittings, and contents within them.
- You will reconcile commission statements within client databases, adviser accounts and introducer accounts.
- You will send out introducer letters with relevant payments.
- You will reconcile the companies bank transactions within the relevant accounting software.
- You will monitor and pay invoices and keep the finance and referral spreadsheets up to date.
- You will instruct the payroll and make relevant pay transactions.
- You will be using MS Word, Outlook and Excel as well as the companies own CRM system.

**Organised** - you can plan your day and week, prioritising important tasks, moving these around as and when required and keeping on top of your workload.
**Good attention to detail** - you can spot errors easily, you know when something 'doesn't look right', you present your work in a professional manner and you will always check your output on a regular basis.
**Teamwork** - you will be sat in an office with the senior management team contributing to the wider team so you will be able to present yourself professionally and possess the same approachable character as the senior management members.

Preferably you will have office based experience in administration and finance in a professional services environment - financial services, insurance, consultancy, accountancy, banking. The desire to learn and develop your knowledge in this area is an importantfactor and you will be fully supported financially if you wish to obtain industry specific qualifications.
