Working Pattern: _Shift work - 3 shift rotation_

Working location: _Winsford Onsite full time_
- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Leader to join us at Rolls-Royce Distributed Generation Systems (RRDGS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Rolls-Royce based in Winsford UK._
- As a Production Leader you will be responsible for leading, inspiring and coaching a Production team of Mechanical Fitters and Wiring Technicians within a defined manufacturing cell. You will be accountable for ensuring that customer commitments are met in accordance with agreed HS&E, quality, cost, delivery, people and responsiveness standards._

- Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be part of the RRDGS management team, supporting both existing and future customers across our growing portfolio of electrical switchboard manufacturing with future growth plans into maintenance, repair and overhaul of power packs for the rail industry._

- This role will provide you with the opportunity to participate in the management of the RRDGS business as we embark on an exciting phase of change which will transform and develop the business into some new markets and acquire new capabilities as we do so. What you will be doing
- Working in our Distributed Generation Systems business, you'll be leading the teams responsible for assembling new electrical switchboards for highly prestigious projects and for maintaining customer equipment within some of the wide-ranging industries within which Rolls-Royce operates._
- _ Focusing on safety and compliance, ensure all Production work follows procedures and meets standards while fostering a safety-first culture._
- _ Driving a zero-defects mindset by reducing risks, improving processes, and enhancing team skills._
- _ Leading, developing and motivating a Production team to build a skilled and effective workforce._
- _ Optimising cost, delivery, and quality to enhance production performance and operational efficiency._
- _ Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and growth by streamlining processes to drive excellence._
