About Us

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join Chiswick Clinic, our newly opened dermatology and aesthetic clinic in West London, founded and led by Dr Bela, dermatologist, and Brigi, beauty therapist. Our mission is to unite our skills and passion for healthy and beautiful skin to provide expert dermatological care, mole checks, aesthetic treatments, and skin health solutions in a welcoming and professional environment.

As we open our new clinic, we are looking for a Clinic Coordinator to be the heart of our front desk operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. If you are organised, friendly, and proactive, we would love to hear from you

About the Role

This is a patient-facing role where you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will manage bookings, assist with payments, coordinate patient flow, and ensure the clinic runs efficiently. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, great with people, and eager to grow with us in the long term.

Key Responsibilities
- Patient Coordination - Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and manage the clinic’s daily schedule.
- Payments and Product Sales - Process payments, recommend skincare products, and promote clinic services.
- Social Media and Marketing - Assist with clinic social media posts and patient engagement.
- Clinic Organisation - Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, following health and safety guidelines.

Learn More About Us:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £28,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Medical Practice Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Dental Practice Management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 03/03/2025
