**Job Overview**: We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to help manage the flow of goods and ensure that deliveries are made on time and efficiently. This role involves coordinating between drivers, customers, and the warehouse to keep everything running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate daily deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
- Communicate with drivers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays.
- Maintain records of deliveries, routes, and inventory.
- Coordinate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of shipment paperwork and documentation.
- Help manage inventory and ensure the proper stock levels are maintained.
- Monitor delivery performance and report on efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in logistics or transportation is a plus.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with drivers, customers, and vendors.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and delivery systems.

**Work Environment**: This position is office-based but may require occasional visits to the warehouse or to assist with on-site delivery issues.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing and coordinating deliveries while keeping things simple and efficient.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £41,215.00 per year
