Ridgeway & Co are proud to be partnering with a leading Tier one contractor in Cambridge to find an experienced Construction planner.

This is an opportunity for a skilled professional to join a dynamic team with a competitive salary of up to £100,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience. The role will be solely based within the Cambridge region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed project schedules and plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and adherence to project timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
- Utilize project management software to track and update project schedules.
- Assist in resource allocation and optimization to enhance project efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Planner in the residential construction industry.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asta, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £90,000.00-£100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
