Role: Project Planner – Substation (Cambridge)
CMC are looking for an experienced
Project Planner
to support a major
substation project in Cambridge
, part of the UK's ongoing investment in transmission and renewables infrastructure.
You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with engineering and construction teams, and ensuring milestones are delivered on time. The role involves close collaboration with site and client teams, contributing to project planning from early design through to commissioning.
Key Requirements:
- Experience using
Primavera P6
and/or
Microsoft Project - Knowledge of
NEC contracts
,
change management
, and
earned value management - Previous experience in
energy, utilities, or infrastructure projects - Strong stakeholder and communication skills
