_HGV Class 1 Driver, Scunthorpe_

We are looking for a driver to join our busy manufacturing business for a minimum of 6-weeks to cover absence. As Driver, you will be delivering semi completed trailers between our subcontractors and sometimes, completed trailers to our customers.

You will be loading your low loader yourself (so a **7 tonne forklift license is essential**) and will be responsible for managing your own workload in support of our busy production schedule.

You will be responsible for keeping your vehicle safe, performing daily safety checks.

This is a weekly paid, full time role. Our working hours are Monday to Friday between 06:00 to 17:00hrs but we will need you to be flexible within these hours. The role is a busy one and while this is very much a day job, home every night, there may be the odd time we need you to spend a night away.

**What you need**

You will need a clean (or at least relatively clean) Class 1 license with an up-to-date Drivers CPC and a forklift license. We will need you to be a good communicator, self-starting and to really contribute to the smooth running of our production programme.

Contract length: 6 weeks

**Salary**: £12.46 per hour
