🕒 Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts -
06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday
💷 Pay: Competitive hourly rate + overtime + coldstore allowance
💼 Contract: Temp to Perm - Permanent contract may be offered after a successful 12-week period
🚗 Transport: Own transport is essential due to location
The Best Connection are currently looking for a skilled and dependable Reach Truck Driver to join our busy coldstore warehouse team. This role involves working in chilled conditions and includes picking duties, so attention to detail and efficiency are key.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Operate Reach Trucks safely and effectively in a coldstore environment
Pick items accurately to meet order requirements
Load and unload goods with care and precision
Maintain stock rotation and follow warehouse procedures
Adhere to health & safety and hygiene standards in a temperature-controlled setting✅ Requirements:
Valid, in-date Reach Truck license
Previous experience in a coldstore or chilled warehouse
Comfortable working in cold temperatures
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet targets
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
