Job Description

The Role:
Fugro have an entry level opportunity available within our Treasury team. We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team in Aberdeen, working within the busy Finance Shared Service Centre, reporting directly to the Treasury Accountant.

To support with the processing, managing and payment of the employee expenses.

This job is for you if you:
- are looking for your first role in a busy finance team.- have a keen eye for detail.- use your own initiative and problem solve.- have excellent communication skills.- have a strong work ethic.

Who you’ll be working with:
Day to day you will be working closely with the Treasury Accountant and Accounts Assistants, to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and to required deadlines.

Here is what a typical day would look like:
- Processing employee personal expense claims- Processing company Barclaycard expenses- Dealing with expense and Barclaycard queries- Assist with the payment of employee expenses- Assist with the preparation of monthly reconciliations.

Who we’re looking for:
Essential:
- Analytical, organised, and good attention to detail.- Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work to strict deadlines.

Desirable:
- Experience of Microsoft packages, Navision, and Workday.- Experience of working in a similar role.
