- Develop and maintain accurate, consistent, and compliant document retention for contracts and compliance.
- Serve as a first point of contact to provide guidance to business colleagues.
- Regularly analyse and/or audit company compliance to identify gaps, inconsistencies, inefficiencies, and non-compliance, and make recommendations to solve those issues.
- Provide support on a variety of ad hoc operational projects and tasks and the opportunity to work on broader business initiatives including mergers and acquisitions and employment when there is capacity.

**Key qualifications and experience**
- A law degree (LLB or LPC) or qualification as a legal executive or similar with demonstrable relevant experience. Qualified solicitor ideal but not required.
- Demonstrable experience reviewing and drafting a variety of customer

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Experience creating and managing process documentation and policies is desirable but not essential.
