**Salary**: Part time salary based on 18.5 hours per week. £13,204 to £14,311 per annum, rising by annual increments to £14,311.
Full time equivalent salary £26,409 to £28,624 per annum, rising by annual increments to £28,624.

As a Recruitment Administrator in our Recruitment, Progression and Workforce Planning team you will:
- provide HR administrative support primarily to the On-Call Recruitment team
- support recruitment activities, including pre-employment checks, and the progression of job vacancies, external and internal, liaising with Recruitment Advisors and other stakeholders to ensure recruitment timelines are met e.g. supporting deadlines for attending different stages in recruitment processes
- support the delivery of a wide variety of recruitment tasks. This will include assisting in the delivery of monthly On-Call staff recruitment activities and representing the Service at recruitment and career fairs
What makes you our ideal Recruitment Administrator?
- 4 GCSE passes - Grade A*- C / 9 - 4, including English and Mathematics or equivalent Level 2 qualification (including L2 functional skills), or higher-level relevant qualification, and be able to provide evidence of this
- previous relevant experience of working in an administrative and recruitment environment

Other Information:
- you must be able to fulfil the travel requirements of the role. You will be required to travel to Service Headquarters, Salisbury and Dorchester Support Offices, Poundbury approximately 2 days a month
- a Standard Disclosure & Barring Service Check (DBS) clearance will be undertaken on the successful individual prior to offer of employment
- we are currently reviewing our drug and alcohol testing arrangements and are likely to introduce pre-employment drug testing as part of the recruitment process for certain roles
