Membership Engagement Coordinator

To support and assist the Membership Engagement Lead to better understand RCOT's members needs and requirements by coordinating project work and helping to run focus groups.

**Description**
Reporting to the Membership Engagement Lead, providing relevant co-ordination and assistance in engagement activities.
Provide practical & administrative support for the membership engagement team.
Responsible for the co-ordination of setting up and smooth running of the member focus groups and opportunities.
Supporting the Member Engagement Lead in the running of focus groups, including the facilitation of follow up sessions
Co-ordinating project work arising from the focus groups.
Liaising with teams in other directorates to complete identified work strands, e.g. providing information to update webpages.
Sharing insights from own member engagement work streams with Membership Insights Team
Provide practical support for member facing aspects of the Equity, Diversity and Belonging Lead & the Sustainability Lead.
**Profile**
Possess a professional attitude and proven relationship management skills
Exposure to membership organisations an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that would include presenting, report-writing and project management when required.
Demonstrated capacity to cope with differing viewpoints - facilitative/resolution-focused.
Able to work under pressure, multitask and able to provide a sense of order and organisation
Ability to work as part of a team and to collaborate effectively
Confident and proficient in using digital technologies, you'll be able to work collaboratively and productively in a hybrid working model, championing and promoting new ways of working.
Possess enthusiasm to live and model RCOT values across all areas of work.
Demonstrate passion for embedding environmental sustainability principles across all areas of work.
Have high levels of self-motivation, enthusiasm and passion for the professional field you represent.
Hold a passion for including equity, diversity and belonging principles across all areas of work
