**Responsibilities**:
Alongside content creation, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders to roll out learning across teams, track engagement and impact through reporting and data analysis, and support key projects such as leadership development, succession planning, and business transformation. Your input will directly influence how we grow skills across the organisation and ensure that learning drives performance and progress at every level.

What will help you succeed in this role?:
**Essential**
- Experience in digital learning and L&D content creation
- Proficient in tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, or Canva
- Solid understanding of LMS platforms and how they’re used in business
- Comfortable working with stakeholders and managing training rollouts
- Able to report on learning impact and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

**Desirable**
- Experience facilitating leadership or professional development webinars
- Familiarity with learning evaluation methods or data analysis in Excel
- Exposure to transformation or change related learning projects
- Awareness of career pathways or succession planning in L&D
- Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI and LMS integration basics
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 in L&D (or working towards)
