Warehouse Worker

**Job Overview**

This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties**
- Load and unload goods from lorries and containers, ensuring safe handling of materials.
- Manage stock levels by accurately picking and packing items for dispatch.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, verifying the quality and quantity of products.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Handle materials safely, adhering to all health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to promote efficiency and safety.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with stock management practices and materials handling techniques.
- Ability to operate forklifts; certification is advantageous but not mandatory as training may be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items (up to 25 kg).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate teamwork.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently when required.

Pay: £11.44-£16.02 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
