Great opportunity to work as an **Assembly Operative** at our client's prestigious automotive warehouse in **Redditch**.
Assembly Operatives work **Monday - Friday** with various shift patterns available including:
**Rotating day shifts - Paid at £11.42 to £16.23 per hour.**:

- Week 1 6am to 1:30pm**:

- Week 2 1:30pm to 8:30pm**
**Overtime is available** at this site
The working week will consist of **37 basic hours a week and an hour of overtime** - Speak to the onsite team for full details.
This role is a **full-time**, ongoing position with **long-term career prospects**
Your Time at Work
As an Assembly Operative, your duties will include:

- Building car seats for a very well-known brand to achieve a world-class product
- Meeting hourly production targets
- Quality control
- Working in a safety-first manner

Our ideal Assembly Operative will have a proactive work ethic and a safety-first mentality. They will be a team player who is willing to support and assist with improvement initiatives.
A good level of finger dexterity is required as they will be working with screws and small items.
Previous experience in a Warehouse, Assembly or Production environment is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
