Facilities Manager

**Role purpose**:
- Management of a team to provide efficient office and admin support for the company.
- Ensure effective and efficient running of the site
- Effective and proactive management of:
- Building and Estate maintenance
- Stock and amenities;
- Maintenance and services;
- Suppliers (e.g. stationary, catering)
- Efficient coordination and management of events (social, company-wide, seasonal)
- Overseeing coordination of travel and hospitality offerings across the business.
- Ultimate responsibility and ownership of all compliance aspects
- Effective transition to any additional or new locations as necessary.
**Key responsibilities**
- Effective line management of the site's team
- Deliver effective solutions, to ensuring the support to employees and the business is always provided to the highest standard and satisfaction.
- Establishing and maintenance of key relationships with approved suppliers and contractors
- Ensuring an effective transition of any new site's to be fit for purpose and operational in line with business needs
- Ultimate responsibility for effective and efficient running of Front and Back of House, including the set up and maintenance of visitor's experience.
- Accountability for quarterly budgets
- Working in confidence with the Leadership team.

- Extensive experience of facilities management
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic, energetic, driven, reliable, accurate, continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to think short and long term, proactively providing and implementing solutions related to FM
- Natural business acumen with the ability to understand stakeholder needs.
- Broad experience of line management.
- Previous experience of office expansions and moves
- Versed in stakeholder management and negotiations
