Role: VP of Engineering

Location: London

**Salary**: £110,000 - £150,000

Skills Required
- Strong experience as a Director or VP of Engineering;
- Experience leading other managers, scaling and growing teams
- Ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy
- Strong Leadership skills - a leader by example
- Show solid technical knowledge to engage engineers in architecture and product decsions
- Experience within a fast-growing Fintech or SAAS organisation

**Responsibilities**:

- Grow the engineering team without compromising the existing engineering culture
- Work in conjunction with our CTO to design and implement our technology strategy both short and long-term.
- Instill ownership and accountability, a learning and collaborative environment, that demands very high standards - creating an environment where everyone can excel.
- Be heavily involved with the growth of the team and the hiring processes.
- Promote the principles of high technical productivity, simplicity, and reliability.
- Have a focus on scaling quickly and efficiently with the ability to meet deadlines and budget demands.
