**What you need**
- Previous Team Leader experience is essential

This role will be supporting the Commercial Manager in several key areas of the business, including the shared position as a trained Incident Manager. As a Team Leader you’ll handle the day to day operation of the Retail and Admissions areas, including 3rd party photo operators, ensuring that first class service is being delivered and profits are being improved.

You'll supervise a team of seasonal hosts; actively ensuring high standards of customer service and training are being achieved. Actively seeking ways to increase revenue and ensuring that the department stocktaking is carried out efficiently, plus wastage and loss is kept to a minimum. You'll also make sure all orders are made and delivered within specified timescales.

When working on the front-line in our admissions area, you’ll welcome and greet guests, manage queues, and guest flow, coordinate large groups, as well as selling experiences, guides, and other products.

This is a permanent role, offering full-time hours. Our attraction is open daily, therefore full availability is needed. Hours will include weekends, bank holidays, evenings and call out cover on a roster basis.
