Wealth Administrator PT: Monday - Friday 9.15-1.15pm. Salary competitive

OC Wealth Management are seeking an experienced office administrator to join an exciting new firm providing top-tier wealth management services to clients around the UK across 5 key planning areas:

- Investment Planning
- Retirement Planning
- Protection Planning
- Estate & Inheritance Tax Planning
- Corporate Financial Planning

OC Wealth Management is an appointed representative of St. James’s Place, the UKs largest wealth management firm, managing £180 billion plus of client funds

Role Duties
- Providing prompt client servicing and administration to our clients
- Managing & maintaining the schedule of a busy Wealth Manager
- Maintaining exceptional client records via CRM systems
- Assisting in the client review process, compiling reports
- Managing inbound and outbound postal needs
- Internal e-learning to maintain the top tier service we provide
- Other tasks deemed necessary
- Letter of Authority management
- Liaising with policy providers for policy details and illustrations

What we’d like to see from you
- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in administration
- Be proficient in Microsoft office
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Experience using Salesforce CRM is preferred but not essential
- Working knowledge of Zoom

You will be expected to manage the office and may initially be working alone for periods. This role will suit a person willing to grow into a management role as the company grows

- Driving Licence (preferred)
