I'm looking for an analytical, confident and self-starter type FP&A Manager to join them at their site near Peterborough for a 12-month maternity contract. This role will closely with the Head of FP&A and Head of Financial Control, as well as other stakeholders.You'll provide business insight through detailed forecasting, management reporting and ad hoc reporting too. If you're looking for a role that will develop your business acumen, this role will give you plenty of exposure for that

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Production of monthly board packs, complete with commentary and recommendations
- Monthly BOM (Bill of Materials) and Labour Cost analysis
- Provide commercial insight and analytical support, ultimately supporting decisions that drive the business forward
- Variance analysis
- Balance sheet support, including stock
- Create and maintain an environment of process improvement, finding ways to both improve current and implement new processes
- Support with annual audit
- Support ad hoc projects requested from CFO, investors and other stakeholders when required

**What I'm Looking For**:

- A Qualified Accountant
- Proven experience in an FP&A or Management Accountant style role
- Strongly analytical skills, advanced Excel.
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder management skills
- Ideally have experience within a manufacturing environment

This is a great role and certainly one that offers career progression as the business progresses too.
