**The Role & Key Responsibilities**

**Job Title**: Finance Business Partner - FP&A - EMEA Region

**Location**: Flexible, UK - Hybrid

Due to internal moves within our ABF group, we are excited to share an opportunity for a commercially focused FP&A/Finance Analyst to join our team as an FP&A Business Partner supporting our EMEA region.

Your key stakeholders will be based in the Europe and you will have responsibility for financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis in our EMEA region as well as some central functions to turn analysis into insight which will support and guidethe commercial teams and other key stakeholders to make decisions that will deliver against the strategy and guide decision making.

Our business is growing and with the nature of how global we are this brings a layer of complexity with our products being international. We are looking for someone who can work in multicurrency environment with complex financials and have the confidenceto make strategic decisions based on information you have with a degree of ambiguity at times ensuring finance is at the heart of the decision-making process adding value that enhances decisions.

To be successful in this role some of the things we are looking for:

- Previous experience in a FP&A role or similar
- Multi-Currency experience - understanding of the complexity, transfer pricing and other factors when reporting multi-currency
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills ideally with experience of managing international stakeholders in a remote setting

**Location**

For this role we are flexible on location. We would love for you to be able to come into our Peterborough office when required and there will on occasion be some international travel. The majority of your stakeholders will be within region, so we are usedto working with global remote teams.
