This is a new role to the company If you are a confident an independent tester, this is the role for you

**Day to day**:
You'll be working across the B2B service suite, including both PHP-based and.NET-based products. You will be helping to build and maintain cross-product performance, interoperability, consistency, and standards. You will also be working on prototypes of new ideas to help the sales team win new business.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Create test plans for both individual products and multi-product service suites, including

UI/UX and technical back-end processes and integrations.
- Use the plans to assess functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with

other systems.
- Use the plans to hunt down and fix software bugs.
- Look for ways to prevent bugs from occurring in our software development processes.
- Promote agreed coding standards and consistency.
- Ensure our products are culturally compatible with our target markets.
- Work with business analysts and product owners to design and build the right solutions to

meet our customers' needs.
- Contribute ideas to improve both our SaaS offerings and internal systems and processes.
- Develop an understanding of the Air Publishing product suite in order to provide client

technical support when needed.

**About You**:

- Strong QA testing knowledge.
- Experience with test automation, including UI test frameworks such as Selenium
- A good understanding of business.
- Ability to think in the abstract and see how small details fit into the bigger picture.
- A creative mindset - and the ability to approach a problem creatively.
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal, able to liaise with client

representatives and colleagues alike.
- Strong IT skills.
- A meticulous approach to work.
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
