Our client is currently seeking to recruit for a Junior Client Relationship Manager to join their Investment Management team.

This client works with wealthy and aspiring individuals to develop and implement strategies to protect and manage their wealth. The business is separately regulated to provide advice on all aspects of insurance, pensions and investments, with the experienceand expertise to support clients across a broad range of wealth structuring, generational planning, tax and legal matters.

The Junior Client Relationship Manager role that they are currently recruiting for is to support the team within Investment Management & Wealth Planning who typically advise the wealthiest and more complex clients.

Package - basic salary £72,000 + discretionary bonus & very good benefits package.

This business work at the top end of the market and their investments team only deal with clients with in excess of £2Million AUM.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

MAIN DUTIES

Relationship Management Responsibilities
- Providing client servicing support to one (or more) Client Relationship Manager/Senior Client Relationship Manager and their clients; representing the Client Relationship Manager/Senior Client Relationship Manager as appropriate.

Day to day tasks include:

- Preparation of data and presentation packs for client meetings
- Capturing new client information and completing onboarding processes
- Receiving queries from clients and other internal contacts and resolving / escalating as required
- Liaising with other parts of the group and with third parties to co-ordinate the implementation of client requirements. This would include lawyers, accountants, banks, insurance brokers, etc
- Planning and organising work flow and calendars with RMs
- Gathering information from clients, internal contacts and other providers
- Preparation of client correspondence
- Support ongoing client monitoring including client reviews and fee queries
- Ensure compliance with group principles, all regulatory requirements and standards
- Inputting, manipulating and maintaining client and prospect data
- Ad hoc projects, including supporting the Property Management Practice of the UK Family Office

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Educated to degree level
- Previous experience of supporting Relationship Managers in a HNW / UHWN environment is desirable
- Good general knowledge of wealth management and wealth structures
- Awareness of UK tax as it applies to UK and offshore trusts, and UK resident individuals
- Awareness of corporate and trust structuring and the principles of corporate governance in a family setting
