**HR Business Partner / Senior Human Resources Advisor**who has a great generalist background with ideally experience evaluating HR systems and processes, liaising with stakeholders and supporting managers is required for a well-establishedCharity based in London.

**SALARY**:£51,762 per annum + Benefits (see below)

**LOCATION**: Hybrid. Working from the London office (SE1) with options to work from home.

**JOB TYPE**: Full-Time, Permanent

**WORKING HOURS**:35 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday. Flexible-working options may be considered.

**JOB OVERVIEW - HR Business Partner / Senior Human Resources Advisor**

The charity is building upon ahigh performing team and putting in place initiatives that enable managers and their people to develop and evolve with the organisation helping them to do what they do best, better taking on Pancreatic Cancer - finding ways to support early diagnosis, appropriatetreatment and supporting those who directly or indirectly impacted by this disease and those caring for them.

People are at the heart of everything that they do and the charity is looking for an HR Business Partner / Senior Human Resources Advisor to drive change in their people processes and support their managers. Clearly you will be a great HR practitioner butalso need to be someone who is not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done, be responsive and think on your feet, you will not be afraid of change and be able to support and guide others through change management processes, inspire, motivate andestablish credibility at all levels. Ideally, as the HR Business Partner / Senior Human Resources Advisor you will have had experience of evaluating HR systems and processes and implementation and be able to drive appropriate recruitment processes. You don'thave to have been in a specific HR Business Partner role, but you must have been operating at a Senior Human Resources Advisor role with an intermediate level of autonomy and a business partnering approach - the organisation is looking for someone who understandsand can balance the need for process and procedure with a pragmatic business and manager focus.

This is an exciting new role, that with a small team, will develop and grow with the organisation, so they are looking for someone who brings HR expertise and experience but has the capacity, energy and desire to move the HR function forward with creativityand innovation. They are fast paced; upbeat and visionary organisation and the HR Business Partner / Senior Human Resources Advisor should feel at home in this type of environment. You don't need to come from the not-for-profit sector, but you do need to beable to understand this sector and be able to adapt your experience accordingly.
