Communications Manager

A really exciting opportunity to join a National charity as a Communications Manager. We are looking for an individual who enjoys communicating to a wide group of shareholders calling them to action.
The head office is based in Rugby they offer hybrid working - Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm a 35 hour week.
The role involves:
- Management of central external communications. Including online and offline publications and newsletters, websites, videos, social media, and fundraising appeals and materials.
- Management of internal communications. Including bulletins to local volunteer groups and individual volunteers, and the development of the fundraising and communications materials they require..
**Essential skills / experience**
- Social media posting, planning and analysis.
- Good written communication skills, including producing case studies.
- A flair for design, photography and/or video.
- Self motivated and proactive. Able to meet deadlines while managing and prioritising a busy workload.
- Working with suppliers to produce newsletters, fundraising materials, advertising, videos and websites.
- In house production of videos, publications and materials.
- Placing adverts online and offline.
- Ordering printed material.
- Writing and distributing press releases.
- Fundraising experience (desirable)
- Familiarity with a CRM database.
