**Chartwell Background Info**:
Chartwell Controls Limited was founded in 2009 in Westerham, Kent. It has since expanded to multiple locations throughout the UK (London, Northampton and Glasgow).

Chartwell have an excellent reputation in the BMS controls industry, achieving many prestigious accreditations (Trend Technology Centre), Honeywell, Tridium partner, ISO accreditations, Construction line certification and more.

We have a large team of highly experienced BMS controls design engineers/project managers/service and commissioning engineers and electrical installation team, along with a central accounts/administration team in Westerham, Kent.

**The Role**:
Due to the growth in our business, we have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, friendly and energetic person to join our expanding team.

Supporting our administration and Service team in the Northamptonshire office.

Duties would include the following:

- Booking & scheduling site visits
- Raising site permits
- Raising purchase orders
- Set up TM works in Microsoft AX (Training will be given).
- Covering planned service administration duties (including but not limited to scheduling engineers, contract renewals, proof reading engineers reports).
- Liaising with our ‘central administration team’ in Westerham, Kent daily with occasional visits to regional offices for training/meetings as required.
- Dealing with contract and service queries
- Maintaining the engineer on call rota
- Any other general administrative duties as required.

**Key Requirements**:

- Microsoft AX Experience Preferred but not essential (Training will be given).
- Competence with MS Office is essential.
- The ability to use own initiative.
- Team player. Being part of a busy/successful growing team.
- Flexibility to take on new roles/duties with expansion of the business.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
