**Payroll Executive** **Up to £34,500** **London (hybrid)** Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a global accountancy and business advisory firm recognised in international market for providing professional consulting services in payroll, accounting, and compliance. Operating in 17 locations across UK,they share ambitious mindset and expertise with clients in well over 150 countries

As a Payroll Executive, you will bring in previous experience in payroll processing and delivery and ensure payrolls are processed accurately and in a timely manner maintaining an up-to-date client status schedule. Being an effective team member, you willassist in all aspects of payroll from joiner to leavers, including BACS and complains escalations. Your fantastic understanding of payroll software and its functionality will be essential to manage monthly payroll for employee population for 1000. Workingin agile environment, you will be provided with the freedom of working from home with 1 - 2 days requirement of working from the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain an client status schedule while responding to client queries regarding payroll in a professional and timely manner
- Understanding of current PAYE and NIC legislation
- Calculate leavers pay and process P45 forms
- Ensure all starters, leavers, benefits and allowances information is entered on to the Payroll database
- Run payroll reports and upload FPS and EPS to HMRC as required
- Completion of return of expenses and benefits form
- Good understanding of payroll systems
- Assist the Supervisors with BACS uploading
