**About this opportunity**:
**Your work environment **:We now have a vacancy for an **Electrical Engineering Coordinator**, based at Peterborough (UK). The role reports to the Engineering Manager. This is an incredible opportunity to join Crown in a brand-new role and become one of the ‘first feet on the ground’ staff for the new Plant.

**Your mission in Crown**
The key responsibilities will be to co-ordinate a team of electricians to provide electrical support for the manufacturing can lines. Key outputs of the role will be to introduce and ensure compliance with planned maintenance schedules, analysis of performance data to identify potential improvement opportunities and optimisation of the use of process capability to ensure reliability within the production processes.

**About you**
With a safety first mind-set, you have demonstrated managerial and leadership skills. You have a strong knowledge and experience of continuous improvement tools and techniques, including Autonomous Maintenance and Planned Maintenance and Early Equipment Management.
