We are looking for a bright, personable, self-motivated individual for this role. You will be an experienced recruiter, ideally with either agency or RPO experience. You will also need stakeholder engagement and influencing skills to establish credibilityand possess the ability to translate business needs into resourcing plans.

You can be based remotely in this role; however, we are a sociable bunch and would like to meet up from time to time in our central London office.

**Here's what you will be doing**:

- Providing a proactive and effective resourcing solution to the Group and be responsible for recruitment processes from vacancy briefing to on-boarding
- Conduct briefings with hiring managers and key stakeholders to fully understand recruitment needs and advise on resourcing strategy
- Supporting the co-ordination of the PSL and other external recruitment partners

**You need to bring with you**:

- Prior experience in high volume recruitment, ideally within an agency or RPO
- Previous experience using recruitment aggregators and ATS systems is strongly preferred
- Experience of building strong relationships with stakeholders, and demonstrating credibility and proactivity
- Strong attention to detail
- Good standard of general education
