**_ The role: _**In this role of Team Leader/ Senior Leisure Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all visitors feel welcome and valued.
- Assist the Duty Manager with daily operations, including opening, closing, and ensuring smooth facility management.
- Manage difficult situations and guide the team in resolving customer concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service for all customers.
- Work with your Manager to identify areas for service improvement and share ideas to meet customer needs.
- Greet visitors warmly, respond to inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support sales and retention efforts by engaging with customers, generating leads, and building long-term relationships.
- Ensure equipment is clean, safe, and ready for use.
- Prepare activity areas and equipment to align with scheduled programmes.
- Provide lifeguard support, maintaining a safe swimming environment for all customers.

**What We’re Looking For in the role of Team Leader/ Senior Leisure Assistant**:

- A RLSS Pool Lifeguard Qualification, or a commitment to obtaining one prior to starting
- Ideally some form of supervisor or team leader experience
