Support Worker

We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **Support Worker** join our team here at **Wellgate Health** based in **Folkestone, Kent.**

**We have roles at our Sandgate, Tristford and Millfield locations.**

**Contract**: Permanent contract.

**Hours**: 20-40 hours a week. Part time or full time available.

**Pay**: £9.60 an hour

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
- Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
